Jenna Bestard

Jenna has had a passion for fitness since she was 15 when she found the weight room in high school. In 2006 she joined the Ladies World Team and since then has worked her way through many Group Fitness Certifications, two Personal Training Certifications, a Holistic Nutrition Diploma and numerous specialty certifications. Jenna believes with a proper individualized fitness assessment and specific goal setting anyone can achieve their fitness and health desires. Jenna understands that life can be challenging at the best of times and encourages a realistic gradual approach to both fitness and nutrition.

Trista Sybrandy

Trista has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and offers an extensive range of training skill sets that includes functional movement, balance & mobility, weight training and performance enhancement. She is passionate about using movement as well as nutrition to help people move and feel better. She thrives on enhancing pain free movement and propelling clients past perceived limitations.

Julie Useda

Julie has worked as a Personal Trainer since 2020. Her fitness journey began as a new mother who struggled to lose the baby weight. She hired a coach who helped her transform her body and mindset. She then committed herself to competing in bodybuilding which led her to become a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. Julie dedicates her career to helping people realize their strength and potential through resistance training.

Nevada Krog

Nevada promises to aid those that she works with in finding their own level of comfort and confidence in the gym, regardless of where their starting point is. Whether you are brand new to the fitness community, returning after some time away, or looking to fine tune your training to achieve the next level of results. Her clients will gain the experience and education that is needed to be able navigate their own fitness journeys. Nevada is a support system, an educator, a guide, and a friend through each and every point of your fitness journey. She aims to motivate and push you on the weeks that you feel like you can’t get through your workouts, and celebrate your wins on the weeks that you prosper. Ultimately, she aims to give her clients the guidance and confidence to change their own lives and achieve their own goals, whatever that may look like.

Consie Severson

Consie has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She has seen the industry change a lot over the years but loves her job and remains passionate about helping others. Consie is always seeking out ways to better support, guide and motivate her clients. If they have specific health and fitness goals she will dedicate herself to helping them reach it.

Christine Graham

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Christine thrives on helping her clients reach and celebrate new levels of health empowerment. She believes in taking a proactive approach to health, with a strong focus on mindfulness and creating balance. She is proud to create personalized training and nutrition plans that serve her clients’ individual goals, and works within any preferences, restrictions, or limitations.

Darby Ottewell

Darby graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and brings a wealth of experience as a Kinesiologist, Coach, and Personal Trainer. Her journey began in 2016 as a Personal Trainer, moving forward she became the Head Weightlifting Coach for University of Victoria’s varsity teams and served as an Intern Strength Coach for Rugby Canada. In recent years, she has practiced as a Clinical Pilates-focused Kinesiologist.
